The entire stay was brilliant. Interactions from the very warm welcome all the way to checkout were given the personal touch. Barry who was working on reception, was a very witty and jovial personality who took the time to ensure guests had everything they needed, and gave a lovely compliment to my daughter about her glasses. There was a young lady who was also on reception who showed the utmost professionalism when she was dealing with a quite impatient and rather rude customers adult son. She worked tirelessly to make sure they had their needs met and had a lovely smile the whole way through. The breakfast is fantastic value for money, and again staff are "on it" when it comes to making sure everything is topped up. One male member of staff in particular (English, brown hair) was a great host, having a little laugh with a few of the customers and ensuring the dining area was clean and tidy. He was very quick to spot if guests needed anything and sprung into action when he saw a family with a toddler, grabbing a high chair almost instinctively. The building has a beautifully decorated reception area, bar and dining room, and is in a great spot for anyone in a short break and equally for those staying on business. Our room was nicely decorated and beds were comfy. The fire alarm went off on one occasion (caused by a resident smoking in their room) and again Barry showed great professionalism calmly dealing with the situation and reassuring guests. 307 I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Brighton

All the staff were so friendly and professional. Room was immaculate and the beds gave for a really good night's sleep 😴 Hotel was exceptionaly clean and being Christmas season, the decor was Beautiful. Breckfast was lovely and a special mention to the young lady who checked us in to Breckfast that morning, a lovely greeting and very professional. Parking was a little steep, however saying that, it was well worth it as so near to everywhere we wanted to go so worked out OK. Ideal for a week away or an over night stay. Very short walk to the Brighton Centre and also the pier. Would definitely stay again and hoping to return in the spring.

I took Mum to celebrate her 92nd birthday . The hotel staff were friendly and kind .,they even upgraded us to a nicer room with disabled facilities and lift access to the room . They provided chocolates and a balloon for Mum - was lovely for her . The hotel is sea facing and just across the road - fantastic clean pretty location . I had forgotten my USB plug and a kind friendly maid Casey lent me her’s . The room service was served promptly and was hot and tasty . A lovely experience and would happily return to this hotel !

The location is great, the foyer area is stunning, the bar is cool, and the breakfast was lovely. BUT, the star of the show here are the fabulous STAFF, from reception to breakfast, even the maintenance guy who we met in the car park - all friendly, polite, helpful and just made our stay a pleasure. Thank you, all. No wonder we keep coming back!
